Meet Frank
He is the 'elephant in the room'
Frank joined DOHR in June 2021.
He was born as a result of a series of blogs we ran to celebrate our 14th anniversary. The blog series was called The Elephant in the Room and addressed 19 difficult issues which employers need to be able to deal with on a regular basis.
Frank was named as a result of a competition on social media to encourage employers and managers to have ‘Frank’ conversations with their staff about difficult subjects – the elephant in the room.
